I offer consulting and scientific support in bioinformatics and data science for biotechnology and pharmaceutical research. My work focuses on designing robust computational analyses, integrating complex biological data, and helping research teams translate experimental data into reliable scientific insight.
Typical consulting areas include:
- RNA bioinformatics, including analysis of coding and non-coding RNA data
- Computational and structural RNA biology for functional and mechanistic studies
- High-throughput omics data analysis, including support for experimental design and data interpretation
- Biomarker discovery and gene signature analysis using machine learning and network-based approaches
- Analysis of RNA therapeutics datasets and validation of treatment-related signals
- Integration of complex environmental or health datasets, combining public resources with proprietary data
My goal is to help teams build robust, reproducible analyses and extract meaningful biological insights from complex datasets.
Examples
Advised a data science team on the identification of prognostic gene signatures for the development of RT-qPCR–based biomarkers in fibrotic disease. The work combined weighted gene regulatory network analysis with differential expression and gene set enrichment approaches applied to bulk and single-cell multi-omics datasets to support the development of targeted therapeutic strategies.
